Oakwood Infant and Nursery School has a 78 place Nursery.

We offer a choice of either:

• Free funded 15 hour places at the start of the week - Monday and Tuesday

        (09:00-15:00 each day) and Wednesday (09:00-12:00)

• Free funded 15 hour places at the end of the week - Wednesday (12:10-15:10) and

        Thursday and Friday (09:00-15:00 each day)

• Extended 30 hour funded places (Monday to Friday - 09:00-15:00 daily) - please note that our 30 hour places are limited and dependent on parental eligibility.

Children are normally admitted to the Nursery in the September after their third birthday.  However, we sometimes may be able to offer your child a place to start Nursery in the January or April following their third birthday, subject to availability of our Nursery places.

We are now taking waiting list applications to join our Nursery in September 2025 and September 2026.

Parents are usually contacted during the Spring Term to confirm that their child has a place to join the Nursery in the September of that year.
